Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a 3rd person fast-paced stealth platformer game where you become Ayana, the last descendant of a forgotten race. Harness mystical shadow powers, high-tech gadgets and avoid or kill to uncover the truth about your past and the key to saving a dying, morally grey universe.
My responsibilities:
Managed a team of 13, overseeing development and ensuring project milestones.
Developed core gameplay mechanics.
Designed and refined character movement, animations, and camera systems (3Cs) for immersive gameplay.
Designed, implemented and refined shadow powers and gadgets, enriching player progression and adding depth to combat.
Wrote and maintained up-to-date documentation, ensuring clear workflows and team alignment on vision and processes.
Designed and developed enemies, iterating to enhance combat dynamics and gameplay balance.
Designed and implemented AI behaviors for five enemy types to provide memorable challenges across the game.
Iterated on AI behavior through playtest and player feedback, ensuring balanced difficulty and engaging experiences for all skill levels.
Led the creation of complex UI systems, dialogue/cutscene integration, and custom tools to enhance workflow.

Undead Citadel is a first-person VR action game that throws you into a medieval world overrun by the undead. Wield an arsenal of melee and ranged weapons, harness physics-driven combat, and battle through hordes of relentless enemies to uncover the fate of a fallen citadel.
My responsibilities:
Designed and implemented the core foundation for player interactions in VR (HTC Vive), optimizing for immersion and intuitive controls.
Developed dynamic enemy AI using behavior trees to create responsive, engaging interactions and challenging encounters for the player.
Created and fine-tuned immersive combat gameplay systems, ensuring fluid mechanics and strategic depth for a compelling player experience.

Hello, I'm Uri!
I’ve loved games since I was a kid, from watching my cousin play Pokémon Red to spending hours on my Game Boy Advance SP. Titles like Golden Sun and Zelda still hold a special place in my heart.
Since I was 14, my dream has been to become a game developer, and I've been working tirelessly to make it a reality. Now, I’m happy to say that I have published two games, founded a video game company, and led a team of over 13 people to publish Ereban, one of the most intense and invaluable experiences I have ever had.
